Fine-gauge knit, warm without weight.
Wool and cashmere
70% wool · 30% cashmere · spun by Consinee
Soft at the neck, warm without weight. The kind of knit you forget you are wearing until you step outside. Mercerised wool of 17–18 microns and cashmere of 15.2–15.8 microns with a 34–36 mm staple; woollen-spun, so the yarn keeps air.
Care Fold, do not hang. Air it between wears; wash rarely, by hand, cool.

A trouser cloth that drapes and recovers.
Fine wool
110s wool · about 18 microns · woven by Dino Filarte
A dry, smooth trouser cloth that drapes instead of clinging and recovers from a long day at the desk. 110s describes the fineness of the fibre, about 18 microns; the higher the number, the finer the wool.
Care Hang after wearing. Steam rather than iron. Dry clean when needed.
— Yvora, on wool.

Charmeuse, heavy enough not to cling.
Silk
22 momme silk · 10% elastane
Cool in summer, warm in winter, and it falls in a line. Heavy enough not to cling. Momme is the weight of silk: 22 is heavy for a charmeuse, which is why it falls rather than floats. Woven in Hangzhou, the old centre of Chinese silk.
Care Hand wash cool or dry clean. Iron on the reverse, warm, while slightly damp.
— Yvora, on silk.

A T-shirt cotton with a quiet light.
Mercerised cotton
mercerised long-staple cotton
A T-shirt cotton with a quiet sheen that survives the wash, and a hand that stays smooth. Mercerising treats the yarn with caustic soda under tension: the fibre swells, takes colour deeper and gains its soft lustre. Long-staple cotton in an interlock knit, so the surface stays even.
Care Machine wash 30, inside out. Dry flat or on a hanger; no tumble dryer.
— Yvora, on cotton.

Three fibres in one jersey.
Cotton, Tencel and silk
60% cotton · 34% Tencel · 6% silk
Three fibres in one jersey: cotton for ease, Tencel for drape, silk for the touch. Cool against the skin. Tencel is lyocell, spun from wood pulp in a closed-loop process; it carries moisture away faster than cotton and keeps the jersey cool.
Care Machine wash 30, gentle. Dry flat.
— Yvora, on jersey.

Technical nylon
89% nylon · 11% elastane
Our one synthetic. It packs flat, arrives pressed and dries overnight in a hotel bathroom. The elastane gives a stretch that recovers; the surface does not hold a crease, which is the point.
Care Machine wash 30. Hang to dry; no iron needed.
— Yvora, on travel.
